Symbiosis Tours reserves the right to request any passenger who leaves Prices: Are in American dollars and valid until November 30 of 2009.  These most of the times are considered for a minimum of 2 Pax.  Please to contact us when there is only one Pax.  

Groups: Considered as a group when are more than 15 people. We offer 1 CPL per group.

Guide and bus driver: Special prices for guides and bus drivers, depending of the company.

Children policies: Rates are specified in every case. Considered a child between 4 and 10 years old.

Cancellations and payments:  In case of absolute necessity, a passenger or a group has to cancel its reservation in a period smaller than 30 days, it may be possible to change the travel dates or to grant a credit to the client whose validity will be evaluated for every case especially. The payment for individuals have to be made minimum 15days before and the payment for groups, a 40% deposit have to be made at the reservation. The rest must be cancelled as minimum 30 days before the arrival of the group.

Symbiosis Tours reserves the right to modify the program of the trip or to change airlines, maritime companies and hotels for other services of the same quality or superior, if necessary for any reason.
Strikes, climatic conditions, popular manifestations, natural catastrophes or other factors of major force are out of Symbiosis Tours control and cannot be made responsible of these. There will be no refund for cancellations due to any of the reasons previously mentioned.

Symbiosis Tours is not responsible for the loss of services due to delay or cancellations on behalf of the airlines companies.

The tour if that affects the enjoyment of other passengers.

Symbiosis Tours subcontracts with external services as transporters, hotels, restaurants, etc. these have their own political of cancellation and assurances and have precedence on ours.
