Costa Rica
National Park
Description:

Location: Manuel Antonio, Quepos

How to get there: From San Jose When you reach the Jaco exit don´t turn but continue driving straight on the same road, South towards Parrita and then Quepos. As you arrive downtown Quepos you will cross a bridge and turn left immediatly. You will pass “EL Gran Escape Restaurant” (Highly recommended!) and some shops on your left . Keep driving one block and look for the sign to Manuel Antonio on your left. Turn left and continue driving through this road that will lead you up to a hill. As you start to descend the hill you will see the signs to the different hotels and you will be getting closer to the main beach and Manuel Antonio National Park.

Duration: 5 hours approximately

Facilities: Transportation from Manuel Antonio hotels, bilingual and certified naturalists guides, entrance fee, snacks and drinks.

Activities: The visit to the Manuel Antonio National park is completely full, from the beginning to the end, of beautiful natural resources, the wonderful beach and the dense forest will turn the tour to an unforgettable experience. You will go into de forest for a trail where your naturalistic guide will explain you about the attractions of flora and fauna that you will see during the tip. Relax in the crystalline waters of the Manuel Antonio beach and enjoy, eat some fresh fruits, enjoy the sun and rest in this natural paradise.  After a moment relaxing, the visit will continue in a natural trail to see monkeys, parrots, toucans, frogs and more.

We recommend: Easy walk or hike, bring water, camera, sunscreen, bug spray, binoculars, bathing suit and towel for a relaxing afternoon at the beach after your hike and guided adventure.
