How to get there:  Departure from San José at 08:00 approximately for the Irazú Volcano and its lunar landscape. Return to San Jose approximately at 17:00.

Duration: 9 hours approximately

Facilities: Transfer from San Jose hotels, bilingual guide, entrance fee, lunch.

Activities: There will be a walk around the main majestic crater with an almost circular form and its 1.050 mts of diameter that you can observe from a lookout near the main crater. Then we will visit the most beautiful and coloring Lankaster Gardens, center of investigations of the University of Costa Rica and where there are protected more than 800 species of bromelias and orchids and other plants. Lunch will be served in the wonderful Orosi valley where we will admire one of the few colonial churches that exists in our times and their coffee plantations that you will visit in the afternoon.
