Location: This hostel is located in the zone of conservation ofGuanacaste to only 2 kilometers of the Sector Las Pailas of the National Park Rinconde la Vieja. They are 25 kilometers of Liberia, 15 paved ones and 10 dirt roadspending the small little town Curubandé.

Howto get there: From Liberia take the Panamerican highway #1 north.After approximately 5 kilometers you will find the signs to Rincon de la ViejaNational Park. Turn right on a gravel road and continue that road to the town of Curubande. Continue this road and you will find the signs of the 2 lodges ofthe area, Hacienda Guachipelin and Rincon de la Vieja Lodge. On the road youwill find a closed gate.You will find first the Hacienda Guachipelin, and then Rincón de la Vieja Lodge.

Services: The Lodge is provided with 42 rooms with private bath and warm water.The rooms are simple, rustic, with private bath and warm water. They areprovided neither with air conditioning nor with TV set.

Facility: The hotel is provided with activities of adventure, restaurant ofhome-loving meal, bar, footpaths in the forest, butterfly, thermal waters ofsulfur and an excellent tour of canopy.
