Location: Manuel Antonio, Quepos.

How to get there: From San Jose When you reach the Jaco exit don´t turn but continue driving straight on the same road, South towards Parrita and then Quepos. As you arrive downtown Quepos you will cross a bridge and turn left immediatly. You will pass “EL Gran Escape Restaurant” (Highly recommended!) and some shops on your left . Keep driving one block and look for the sign to Manuel Antonio on your left. Turn left and continue driving through this road that will lead you up to a hill. As you start to descend the hill you will see the signs to the different hotels and you will be getting closer to the main beach and Manuel Antonio National Park

Duration: Call – Tour Times depend on the Ocean Tides and lasts about 5 hours

Facilities: Transportation from Manuel Antonio hotels, bilingual guides and naturalists, kayaks and all security equipment  needed, great hot meal snacks and drinks.

Activities: Enjoy of the Mangled forest in a different way and live this entertainment adventure. In the mangled forest or on the ocean, kayak will always be an adventure that you can´t lost. In the mangrove: depending of the tides. It’s the same as the last one, but it is realized in kayak, very calm and easy for everyone. Kayak simple or double. On ocean: also named as coast kayak. It requires better physical condition.

We recommend: Clothing and sturdy shoes that might get wet.  Bring or wear a bathing suit, sunscreen, towel, camera, and a hat.
